The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has always been available in a regular black or white colour scheme, but anyone wanting something a little brighter would have needed to buy a case for their phone. That’s no longer the situation, as Carphone Warehouse now lists the S4 Mini in three super bright new colours.
Buyers can select the phone in purple, orange or pink, and if the images on the website are representative of the phone, then they’re far from subtle. Carphone Warehouse is offering the three phones, and their more muted black and white cousins, on a variety of tariffs, including Pay As You Go.
The phone can be had for free on tariffs priced at around £21 per month, or if you want to take advantage of its 4G connectivity, you’ll need to spend £32 per month. If you’d prefer not to sign up for a two-year contract, then a Pay As You Go Galaxy S4 Mini will cost £400 plus a £10 top-up.
Specs-wise, the Galaxy S4 Mini is a solid mid-range device, equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen and a 960 x 540 pixel resolution, plus a dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor running at 1.7GHz. On the rear is an 8-megapixel camera, and inside is 8GB of storage space and a microSD card slot.
According to Carphone Warehouse’s website, the purple and pink models are in stock now, but if you want the orange version, you’ll have to be patient until December 9.
